 CHAMPIONS WORKSHOP

The Champion’s workshop is an innovative program that enables youth to increase their performance in school, sports and life by learning the techniques used by world champion professional athletes.

The workshop focuses on the following:

CHAMPIONS SPEED CAMP

The Champions Speed Camp is an innovative approach to increasing speed, explosiveness and technique for all sports.  The speed camp consists of a series of Explosive Movement Techniques developed over a 25 year period.

The information featured in the camp was developed and compiled from a number of sports including football, basketball, soccer, track, gymnastics, and martial arts.

The main focus of the camp is to teach athletes how to execute certain movements of the mind and body at certain times to achieve the highest performance level.

CHAMPIONS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Champions Mentorship is a program that partners student athletes with professional athletes. 

The student athlete has direct access to the professional athlete via e-mail where any concerns regarding academics and athletics can be shared.

Student athletes are encouraged to contact their mentor once a week regarding their academic and athletic progress.

The mentor is responsible for identifying the goals the student athlete has set and then successfully assisting the student athlete in integrating those goals into real achievements.

CHAMPIONS CONDITIONING CIRCUIT

The Champions Conditioning Circuit is a result oriented fitness program designed to develop youth.

15 circuit stations provide a complete full body workout that increases strength, cardio and flexibility. 

Students compete with the clock executing each exercise for a minute. 

At the conclusion of the circuit, students will have achieved a physical workout that they can build on that is fun and exciting.
