Leo Gray Leo Gray, CEO and Founder of Professional Athletes and Associates is a product of Los Angeles, California. Gray attended Mr. Carmel High School and excelled in football, baseball and track. He received All American Honors in football as a senior in 1975. After an outstanding High School career, he attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas on a Football Scholarship. While at UNLV, he also excelled in track. After completion of college in 1979, he signed a contract to play professional football with the Oakland Raiders. He made the team as a Free Agent in 1980 and went on to win the World Championship, the Superbowl. From 1982 through 1985 Leo Gray played professional football in Canada with the British Columbia Lions, Saskatchewan Rough Riders, and the Toronto Argonauts. In 1982 he participated in the Grey Cup, the Superbowl of Canada with the Toronto Argonauts At the final stages of his professional football career, he volunteered with the Brotherhood Crusade, who offered him a full-time position upon retirement in 1985. He has been directly responsible for raising over twenty million dollars for over 100 health, education, social welfare, and economic development programs. Through several years of participating in sports at all levels and training in Martial Arts, he has been able to motivate thousands of youth and adults through peak performance seminars that deal with exercising the mind and body with the right thoughts and images. The peak performance seminars continue to be conducted in various private and public workplaces thought-out California and Nevada. His education spans from the University of Nevada Las Vegas to California State University of Los Angeles earning a degree in Broadcasting, Radio and Television. Leo Gray was also placed on the Dean’s list for Academic Achievement. Mr. Gray resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his son, and also mentors a number of youth in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas. He has assisted many of them with obtaining scholarships for a college education. In 2003 Leo Gray won the “Salute to Champions” Role Model of the Year Award. |
