Customized Circuit Design – Individual or Group Circuit Training Center Design
Customized Circuit Design is a program for individuals and groups. A customized circuit workout is designed based on the needs of the client and their home environment making it convenient to exercise. The circuit will consist of the following: Warm up Cardiovascular Flexibility Core and Abs Chest Legs Back Triceps Biceps
CIRCUIT TRAINING CENTER DESIGN A circuit training center is designed indoors or out of a workplace that will benefit all employees. The training center will consist of a series of circuit stations that develop and restructure one’s body. The complete body circuit will cover these areas: Warm up Cardiovascular Flexibility Core and Abs Chest Legs Back Triceps Biceps
The Champions Speed Camp is designed based on the sport and the needs of the athlete. Speed techniques are designed to increase the athlete’s explosiveness. A series of explosive movement techniques are customized then placed within the speed camp to assist the athlete with achieving that peak level of performance. The speed camp is designed in an area that is conveniently located for the athlete.
